Cancellation Process
Notice Required
Customer must provide 7 days written notice before cancellation

Effective Date
Cancellation takes effect at end of billing cycle (after 7-day notice period)
Data Access
Account remains active for 7 days after cancellation notice for data export
Data Deletion
All data permanently deleted 30 days after cancellation (unless customer requests export)
Refund Policy
Subscriptions are non-refundable. You pay for the full month, regardless of when you cancel.
Example: If you subscribe Jan 1 and cancel Jan 15, you've already paid for the full month of January. You can use the service through end of billing cycle.
If within first 30 days of signup and service is broken/unusable:
Full refund for that month only
After 30 days:
No refunds, but we'll fix issues for free
Proration Rules
Mid-month upgrades
Charged difference, credited to next billing cycle
Mid-month downgrades
No refund for overpayment (credited to next cycle)
Cancellation
No proration - service ends at next billing date
Example Scenarios
Jan 1: Subscribes to Starter ($199)
June 15: Sends cancellation notice
July 1: Service stops (end of June billing cycle)
Refund: $0 (all months were paid in full)
Jan 1: Subscribes to Professional ($349)
Jan 15: Requests cancellation
Feb 1: Service stops (paid for full January already)
Refund: $0
Dec 1: Subscribes to locked-in $299/month
Dec 10: Service down for 3 days, files complaint
If unresolved: Refund: $299 (first month only)
Special Circumstances

Voluntary Pause Option
Pause your account for up to 3 months instead of canceling.
